TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RECRUITMENT
1) Candidates are to remain employed for a minimum of 90 days from the date of joining, until or unless they have any negative experiences with the employer. All required facilities will be provided e.g. accommodation, food and other welfare as per company standards.
2) If candidates/staff leave the company without any issues arrising from the employers side prior to this period, VP Hospitality & Events will not be liable to arrange any salary from the employer.

3) 100% advance payment is required from the hiring party.

4) If candidates are not comfortable or satisfied with the company on account of any circumstances, VP Hospitality & Events will recommend and arrange recruitment with another competitive company within 2-3 weeks.

5) If candidates get involved/found with any kind of drugs, general offenses, misbehaving, breach of code of conduct, shall be punishable by the Indian Law & Order standards.
